We hope you enjoy your stay and make yourself at home. To help keep everything running smoothly for you and future guests, please take a moment to read our house rules below.

🌿 General

Please treat the property with care and respect — as you would your own home.
No parties, events, or unregistered guests are allowed.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (out of respect for our neighbours).
No smoking or vaping inside the property. You’re welcome to smoke outdoors — please use the ashtray provided.
No pets unless agreed in advance.

🕒 Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Late check-out may be available upon request (subject to cleaning schedule).
Please leave keys in the lockbox and ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave.

🧺 Cleaning & Care

Please leave the property in a tidy condition when checking out.
Remove rubbish and place it in the outdoor bins.
Avoid food or drink spills on carpets and furniture where possible.
Any excessive cleaning, hot tub misuse, or damage may incur a charge (see Terms & Conditions).

💦 Hot Tub Use

The hot tub is ready to enjoy — please shower before entering and avoid using fake tan, as it damages filters.
Do not alter settings beyond temperature, jets, and lights.
Always replace the cover after use to keep the water clean and warm.
Children must be supervised at all times.
If the water becomes cloudy or you notice an issue, please contact us immediately.

🔥 Outdoor Cinema & Fire Pit

The garden projector is pre-set — allow 3–5 minutes for calibration after turning it on.
You can access Netflix for movies and shows.
Please don’t move the decorative pebbles on the fire pit — they are positioned to disperse flames evenly.
Allow the area to cool completely before covering.

🔌 EV Charging

Use the Clenergy EV app to manage your charging sessions and payments.
Please use only the designated charger — not house sockets or extension leads.

The log burner may be used only if you’re familiar with safe operation.
